Forcing xmodmap to be run on each restart

After some messing about trying to get my mx310 working correctly in x, I have followed a couple of guides and it seems to be working correctly.

However, at the minute i'm having to manually enter

xmodmap -e "pointer = 1 2 3 6 7 4 5"

after each restart to get my scrollwheel working correctly. In fedora I had an xmodmap file in /etc/X11/ that I could place this line into, but debian doesn't have it. Where can I put it to force it to be run each reboot?

/etc/rc.local? (At least on Redhat 9, any shell commands you put in there get executed at each reboot).
