Firestarter and p3scan

Just to protect others, I have installed clamav and p3scan to scan e-mail.

According to the p3scan README.debian, I need to set an iptables rule for port redirection:

# iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp -i eth1 \
--dport pop3 -j REDIRECT --to 8110

How do I do this using Firestarter?

Thanks in advance for your help!
