Firefox problem

Firefox works good in Gnome.
But in KDE, it keeps hang on when the webpage load flash.
I don't know why!

Do you have any clue?

I am not aware of any speicifc problem. But I would suggest that you open up a shell and run the 'top' command to get a feel for any resource that might be getting over utilized (i.e. is processor useage, or memory useage shooting up when the poor behavior occours?)

I hope that this helps get you on the right path.

id probably guess that this has to do with the infamous artsd...

thanks for that tip...i turned off artsd and all is well with firefox and flash again

i was glad to hear that in kde 4 they have killed artsd all together...
