you might want to run 'apt-get -f install' to correct these:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:

libmysqlclient15-devepend:libmysqlclient15off (>=5.0.51a-24+lenny2)but
5.0.32-7etch3 is to be installed
Depend :libc6(>=2.7-1) but 2.3.6.ds1-13etch4 is to be installed
E:Unmet dependencies.Try 'apt-get -f install' with no packages.

Tried 'apt-get -f install' ,not working.

Etch is too old, try upgrading to Lenny.

Debian 3.0 is woody. It's oldoldoldstable.

OP, you should upgrade or find a woody repo. "main" is lenny (5.0) now.

Yes, I overlooked that one. The best option the OP can do is re-installing with Lenny, as an upgrade Woody->Lenny is going to be a PITA. In principle (!!) this upgrade should work, but IMO re-installing the lot is a) quicker and b) less prone to errors which will inevitably occur during the upgrade... (remember, Woody->Etch had serious issues and Etch->Lenny is also not as smooth as the dev's would have wanted...)

My 2c.
