exim4 Hosed
 

mailq has a huge number of system mails just sitting there. Won't go out, won't deliver locally, nothing.

I totally screwed up my exim4 conf and need to start over.

If i dpkg -P all of the packages, what's the path where system emails are stored?

Check /var/spool/mail/
