Executing a .deb file

How do I run a .deb file? I downloaded one from http://amd64.debian.net/debian-amd64...phics-drivers/ but can't figure out how to run it.

Code:
dpkg -i (filename).deb
Will install a .deb file. You can get help from man dpkg

Peace,
