Another problem is... whenever I am restarting my PC..it says "Dedian GNU LInux.. choose your current network environment ! "... Can i skip this message..also I want to keep only 1 environment.....there are 4 environment on my lists....how can I remove them.... |
You must use an editor to edit the file /etc/network/interfaces. An example of this is (as root):
nano /etc/network/interfaces |

2. make your own thread 3. don't post the same question more than once 4. How can we send you the file if we don't know how your system is set up? Either provide more info or use google. |
man interfaces

The real Question is what to do if you don't have it!
I'm running the current version of Slackware for pi (SARPi) and I'm trying to get this setup to work: htt p://joshuawoehlke.co m/android-raspberry-pi-display-over-usb/ (there's a space in the .com and htt p for posting issues)
I can get it to work on my rasbian pi, but the file /etc/network/interfaces does not exist. Is there another file that this exists in? |
please do not reuse 10 years old threads, but open a new thread instead. Also please find a better title, this one is too general.
