Does debian main software has non-free build dependencies?

I know softwares in debian main section has no dependencies outside main section.
But,Does any software in debian main is built and only can be built using non-free softwares/softwares built using non-free software?
For,eg Consider pkg A It has B as build dependenciy
B should be free and B should not be bbuilt using non-free software and so on.

So,Does main section (Dfsg complaint) means such softwares said above are not dfsg complaint and not included in main ?
