DNS issue, need to get back into debian net installer part 2
I started installing Debian, and all went well until the second stage of the installation, after reboot, where it starts to test sources, it fails, I know this is because of a DNS problem, so I quit the installer, edit resolve.conf and cured the problem. Issue being now my Debian install is missing all the packages that were supposed to be installed by the installer, is there any way of getting back into this installer?

I am not sure if what you are looking for is baseconfig command ;or alternative run install again and when it gets to network detection step open another terminal(ctl-alt-f2) do the resolv.conf thing then resume the network step from original terminal(ctl-alt-f1).
Check the sarge or etch net-install documentation to be sure.
You also have the option of using cd1 from sarge or etch install disks .Good luck.

Thanks for your reply!
I did it all over again by flicking terminals and it works fine now :)
