Display current refresh rate (XFree)

Hello,

Is there a command which outputs the current resolution and refresh rate used by XFree86?? I know I can look in the log file, but I was wondering if there is a simple command that shows the current settings. I'm trying to finetune my XFree config file.

Thanks
