Debian Thunderbird

Hope someone can help. I was working on a VNC session and somehow when I loaded Thunderbird it asked whether I wanted default or user. I accidentally clicked on default and now I cannot get to my mail. Does anyone know how to reset this.

Thanks in advance,

I found it it with a little more searching. It was a program called Thunderbird profile manager.
