Hi

Do you really have the module in your modules directory?

find /lib/modules/`uname -r` -name "ndiswrapper.ko"

Question

Well I hope to never install this package but I understand some have to.

So I can't tell you.

I hope your kernel is a 2.6.8 or something similar..?

Try to find where it is
find / -name ndiswrapper.ko

apt-get "always" does his job well so no tricking should be necessary, maybe wait for others answer

bye

i found it!

hello again,

thank for your help!

a found the file: ndiswrapper.ko!

so i did a softlink like:

Code:
ln -s /lib/modules/2.6.8-2-386/misc/ndiswrapper.ko /lib/modules/.
but it seems to be the same problem
