Debian Live, howto disable auto-login in gnome and in text shells (ctrl-alt 1/7)

Hello

I downloaded debian live and it looks great.
However, I would like create a debian live CD which boots with all autologin disabled in gnome and in all text shells which you can access by ctrl-alt-1/7.
It would be desirable also to boot with a known root password.

Does anybody know howto do this with the debian's live-package?

Thanks!
