Question debian kde menu icon customizing

Been poking around on debian [unstable flavored] KDE 3.x tonight and can't find my way.

I want to change the top most level blue "K" icon that appears on the... is it dockbar? It's that bar at the bottom of KDE when you finally get to a desktop.

It seems you can edit most icons associated with launching any app except this one.

Does anyone know how to change it or what file on the system to edit with VI to point to another png ?

find /usr/share/icons/ -name kmenu.png

You have to substitue these icon images manually, no way to change it througe gui configuration tool.

You don't have to substitute all of them. The menu icon doesn't use the larger sized images.
