Debian and chkconfig

I was just wondering if any Debian user is able to use the chkconfig program. I've been having some NFS troubles and searching these forums people point to the chkconfig command alot...
Code:

[18:30 anti@atheisticfaith /]$ chkconfig
bash: chkconfig: command not found
[18:30 anti@atheisticfaith /]$ su
Password:
[18:30 root@atheisticfaith /]# chkconfig
bash: chkconfig: command not found
[18:30 root@atheisticfaith /]# locate chkconfig
[18:30 root@atheisticfaith /]#

I have the nfs-user-server and nfs-common packages installed and I'm just wondering which package chkconfig comes with?
Code:

[18:32 anti@atheisticfaith anti]$ apt-cache search chkconfig
[18:33 anti@atheisticfaith anti]$ apt-cache search nfs-utils
nfs-common - NFS support files common to client and server
nfs-kernel-server - Kernel NFS server support
nhfsstone - NFS benchmark program.
[18:33 anti@atheisticfaith anti]$

Thanks.

I use rcconf on Debian. ksysv is also good. I think chkconfig is a red hat utility.
