Debian 10 tcl error on script package


Hi all!
i have a tcl-script that cal four mt_rand package in debian 10 dos eny body now what packet this is?
the error i get is:
can't find package mt_rand
while executing
"package require mt_rand"

That's a php function. You need to install php.

hi 1nuxg33k have install php-cli still same error so test php mt_rand and that works trou php mabey somting els when use tcl
