Deb-multimedia drop liblivemedia32?

I had an update today?
OS Debian Jessie
Vlc showed broken packages, upon trying to fix broken package I found that liblivemedia32 is missing & there's a new package listed as liblivemedia33 but it's an empty package with no version or description in synaptic.

I just checked my Wheezy install & it's not listed as a dependency so it must be a dependency that's just being added but not completed, maybe they'll add it to repository soon.

I'm using VLC version 2.1.4-1+b3 also on Jessie. Here are the dependencies listed for VLC:
Quote:
Depends: fonts-freefont-ttf, vlc-nox (= 2.1.4-1+b3), libaa1 (>= 1.4p5), libavcodec55 (>= 6:10~beta1~)
| libavcodec-extra-55 (>= 6:10.2), libavutil53 (>= 6:10~beta1~), libc6 (>= 2.15), libcaca0
(>= 0.99.beta17-1), libfreetype6 (>= 2.2.1), libfribidi0 (>= 0.19.2), libgcc1 (>= 1:4.1.1),
libgl1-mesa-glx | libgl1, libice6 (>= 1:1.0.0), libqtcore4 (>= 4:4.8.0), libqtgui4 (>=
4:4.8.0), libsdl-image1.2 (>= 1.2.10), libsdl1.2debian (>= 1.2.11), libsm6, libstdc++6 (>=
4.9), libtar0, libva-x11-1 (> 1.3.0~), libva1 (> 1.3.0~), libvlccore7 (>= 2.1.0), libx11-6,
libxcb-composite0, libxcb-keysyms1 (>= 0.3.9), libxcb-randr0 (>= 1.1), libxcb-render0,
libxcb-shape0, libxcb-shm0, libxcb-xfixes0, libxcb-xv0 (>= 1.2), libxcb1 (>= 1.6), libxext6,
libxinerama1, libxpm4, zlib1g (>= 1:1.2.3.3)
I do find liblivemedia33 as a normal package.
Code:
:~$ aptitude show liblivemedia33
Package: liblivemedia33
New: yes
State: not installed
Version: 2:2014.07.13-dmo1
Priority: optional
Section: libs
Maintainer: Christian Marillat <marillat@deb-multimedia.org>
Architecture: amd64
Uncompressed Size: 1,232 k
But are we talking about Jessie or Wheezy?

It appears to be in the Jessie repository already.

If you look at synaptic it's listed as upgradeable but broken. Which means we have to wait for liblivemedia33 to be added to repo.
Also if you look in synaptic it's an empty file.
My way around is/was to comment out deb-multimedia & install from official debian repos, which installs liblivemedia23, which is in debian repo.

You were right I re-enabled deb-multimedia & was able to upgrade vlc finally.
