dpkg -i <debname>

QT shared: uses the qt libraries on your distro
QT static: all needed qt library function compiled in

in short; if you have qt on your system, get the shared

You can add the official Opera packages into your apt sources.list:

deb http://deb.opera.com/opera/ stable non-free
deb http://deb.opera.com/opera/ testing non-free
deb http://deb.opera.com/opera/ unstable non-free

...and deselect your way into having the correct packages installed
