Customizing Knoppix

Hi,

I have seen the knoppix docs
on customizing ..
what they tell u is how to localize it & change default
boot time options..

None of the documents actually give information on how knoppix works
and how one could change it as such..

Is there any information on how knoppix works .. the boot time process
how cloop is created ...

can any one help me out with this... ?

thanks & regards,

i don't remember exactly how, but there is an option where you can make knoppix store the configuration files on your hard drive. Just look around the knoppix configuration area. There are alot of manuals for knoppix online, just do a google search, but the fastest way to learn (or screw up badly) is just playing around with the configuration area. Good luck.
