Well, at least we know which processor manufacturer is better for a Debian 'main' only system.
Therefore for the graphics card, between AMD, nVidia and Intel, it would again be better to get an Intel.

Well pretty much, the only way to get Intel graphics is on an Intel processor, and likewise, nearly all desktop and mobile Intel processors have graphics, so the two are nearly mutually inclusive.

As for wireless, Intel requires non-free firmware, so pretty much Atheros is the best for free 802.11n wireless.
