Could XPDF be brought back into the distro?

Hello

Xpdf is gone from our repos. It was the only app that could kick away the password of PDF files.

Could it be again in our Debian Distro, please?

It there just not in testing. It is likely not to be released with Squeeze (see Debian bugs #527840,#528807, #524679).
