Hello all,

I installed a few days ago clamav to test it, going to get a 1Tb hdd and want to setup another machine for backup/storage. But there is one thing i couldn't dig yet, the on-access scan. My dad have a windows pc (and we know that is a perfect enviroment for virus ) but searching i found that clamav on access scanning is provide by clamfs, avfs, dazuko and samba-vscan.

I tried avfs but can't find any link to setup this and http://www.fsl.cs.sunysb.edu/docs/av...y04/index.html its merely informational.

Any one know a guide to setup this in any way with clamfs, avfs, dazuko or samba-vscan?

Yes, indeed... installed it later that night and worked fine. I wanted to use any repo package to stay the debian way . But that would do jeje
