Your last post doesn't provide any useful information. You also didn't answer the questions I asked in my last post. Re-reading your initial post, it seems you want to install the Debian bootloader to the hard drive on which it exists. For it to boot, you would need either the Debian Grub in the master boot record of that drive or some other bootloader in that drive modified to boot Debian or a modified bootloader on your primary drive to boot Debian.

So far you have indicated you don't want the Debian Grub on the mbr of the first drive but haven't indicated what your intentions are or how you expect to boot Debian.

Running the bootinfoscript and posting that along with answers to the previous questions would give someone more information to help you resolve your problem.
