E: Package flashplugin-nonfree has no installation candidate
So I tried downloading from get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and got the tar.gz file and extracted it to its respected folder.
I ran the installer:
Code:
~/install_flash_player_10_linux# ./flashplayer-installer
[...snipped...]

or Opera browser (i.e., /usr/lib/mozilla): /usr/lib/mozilla

Please enter the installation path of the Mozilla, Netscape,
or Opera browser (i.e., /usr/lib/mozilla): /usr/lib/iceweasel
WARNING: Please enter a valid installation path.
I tried various different directories by searching with "find / -name *iceweasel*" and also tried 'firefox' instead of 'iceweasel'. None of the directories worked and it kept telling me to enter a valid installation path.
So I took the non-installation file from the Flash directory:
Code:
# ls -a install_flash_player_10_linux/
. .. flashplayer-installer libflashplayer.so
# cp install_flash_player_10_linux/libflashplayer.so .mozilla/plugins/
Then I went to a Flash website like YouTube, and before the page could even start loading, Iceweasel crashed.
What gives?
