I've got the same problem with my Sid. If you dist-upgrade now, it will remove all your kde packages, so you can re-install the new version of kde by an apt-get install kde-core. The problem is that most of kde packages are not re-compiled, so they still depend on kdelibs4, which is obsolete and replaced by kdelibs4c2. So, at the moment, my kde is recent (3.4.2), functionnal, but minimalist : I can't install a lot of useful applications such as k3b, kuickshow, .... which are still not re-compiled by their mainteners.
Apparently, the only thing to do is to wait until the end of transition (which can take a couple of weeks according to the mail) :\
