can apt-get update kde to 3.2

I was helping someone on an other board. He needs to upgrade kde 3.1 to 3.2 can he do that simply with apt-get? what command would he use?

Goto the following page

Add the above links to you /etc/apt/sources.list then

What I do to make it quicker is cp sources.list sources.list.old

Then I remove all of the links from sources.list that do are used for the upgrade to kde 3.2

apt-get update

then Follow the directions for orth

After the upgrade then cp sources.list.old back to sources.list

apt-get update
