phikap6878 LQ Newbie Registered: Mar 2004 Distribution: SUSE Posts: 6 Rep:	Can't MAKE in debian I'm installing the new kernel and when I tried to make xconfig it told me make: command not found and then I tried looking up make in the man pages and nothing came up. Is there something wrong because I've never had this problem before.
