Boot Into Knoppix

How do you boot into knoppix? I'm runing windows XP professional on a custom built computer. How do you boot into knopix?

a) change BIOS setup to boot from CD, insert Knoppix CD, start PC
b) (if you want to use often) install knoppix on a partition and start from harddisk

i just wanted to add that i have Pheniox BIOS!

You probably need to tap the DEL key as the machine is booting up to enter the BIOS.

when booting up a message "press XXX to enter BIOS setup" should appear
press this key (usually DEL, F2 or F12) to enter BIOS setup screen.
