Black screen plus mouse pointer during login to kde

Hi Iam having issue at login, a black screen for what feels like 15sec just after logging into kde, but prior to actual desktop.

To be precise.
I boot up and then graphically login.
I then get this 15 black screen(with mouse cursor)
It then starts the Breeze(dark) style starting kde type screen
Followed by successful login and kde desktop.

The above has happened with Debian, stretch/testing/and just now Buster to has started with it. Its just really annoying, prior to this it was like 2sec from hitting enter to the FULL desktop showing. M2 and SSD in operation.

As far as Iam aware I think I am running sddm however root\var\log\sddm is empty.

The only solution I have found is to reinstall the OS(Debian) this fixes the issue. This time round with buster installed this has not happened till about a week into the build and operation.

Ive search the forums and the closest I can come is an identical problem but user was using GNome desktop. That user went on and reported how he/she/they fixed it, but I did not understand enough about it to attempt a repair.

Once KDE is running, use one of the options of "systemd-analyze" to see which units are taking the most time.
man systemd-analyze or https://www.freedesktop.org/software...d-analyze.html

From my Sid machine out of the box:
Code:
$ systemd-analyze critical-chain
graphical.target @6.985s
└─multi-user.target @6.985s
  └─exim4.service @6.408s +576ms
    └─mariadb.service @4.857s +1.547s
      └─network.target @4.844s
        └─networking.service @2.411s +2.432s
          └─apparmor.service @2.264s +145ms
            └─local-fs.target @2.261s
              └─data.mount @2.244s +15ms
                └─systemd-fsck@dev-disk-by\x2duuid-a7bf0642\x2d361c\x2d43c5\x2dbeae\x2df957bf78827f.s
