BF24 Vs. NIC

I just installed bf24 and it doesn't have a listing for my NIC. this is strange in light of the fact that this NIC worked perfectly in idepci mode, but i wanted the newer kernel with sound, usb, etc. is there any way to get the driver that worked so well in the old idepci kernel into the newer bf24? does that make sense? thanks!

What brand/model NIC is it? I found for the Netgear FA310 it uses the dec tulip driver, but for the Netgear FA311/312 bf24 uses the natsemi driver.
