Best player for streaming radio?

I'm using rhythmbox and it is good. However it does not play some of my favourite streams. I used to use Winamp and I liked it very much.

What else can I try, I mainly just listen to streaming audio. Don't care about video.

Thanks,
JP.

Use streamtuner, it is a fantastic streaming radio player with many stations plus the ability to add your own

I use Amarok - but i think XMMS also does streams (XMMS is like a WinAmp clone for linux [same developing team])

Love xmms for shoutcast, its what I listen to all the time unless theres a problem with the stream.
If so,amarok for listening to my collection of ripped metal!

XMMS is small, light, themeable and sounds great.Lots of plugins too.
