Automatic upgrade?

Hi,
I manage several servers most of which are Debian.
I use a simple bash script that notifies me when there is an update available.
In most cases I simply run "apt-get update" and "apt-get upgrade" on all servers.
It can be a good idea to enable automatic upgrade in production environment?

Thank you

automatic upgrade in a production environment? Hell no! Debian may be one distro where the stability leads to a reduced risk of issues, but to apply them without even knowing, that's extremely dangerous sysadmining there.
