Question Asterisk: no chan_local.so. Debian 9.1. Asterisk 13.14.1

Hello all.

The problem:
- no chan_local.so under modules/ directory.
- no separate package.

Debian 9.1. Asterisk 13.14.1 from official Debian repository.
