Apt-get problem

Hi iam runing Knoppix on a hd-install and trying to install a flashlib for mozilla (libflash-mozplugin) but a problem occurs all the time, it depends on libflash0 that s supposed to be an older verision.

# apt-get install libflash-mozplugin -f
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  libflash-mozplugin: Depends: libflash0 (= 0.4.11-2) but 0.4.10-7 is to be installed
E: Broken packages
so i try

# apt-get build-dep libflash-mozplugin
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 42 not upgraded.
which looks fine but i get the same outout from "#apt-get install libflash-mozplugin"

i've tried #apt-get update
and yesterday i did #apt-get dist-upgrade
i've also tried removing libflash0, buld-dep, and then installing but unsuccesfully

libflash0-0.4.11-2 appears to be in unstable, so you could first check that unstable is mentioned in /etc/apt/sources.list and then do "apt-get -t unstable install libflash-mozplugin".
