apache2 related problem

Hello!
I'm using Debian Sarge.

Installed apache2.
Also running shorewall, dnsmasq.

From the computer where I have web server installed I can access my web server when I type domain.com. This computer also acts as a firewall & gateway to the internet using ADSL pppoe connection. The local IP address is 192.168.0.1. In LAN I also have Win98 PC.
From win98 pc I can browse internet and send emails, but I can't see the web-page of 192.168.0.1 when I type domain.com it gives the error that could not find a site. Seems a dns resolution problem. In server pc I have written ISP's dns servers ip addresses at reslov.conf.
One more thing I noticed, when I type domain.com from win98 pc, at the left bottom of the browser I see the ip address of the site, but finally it goes somewhere else and report a error.

I found the reason - it was shorewall. I put permisson to connect port 80 of the server. Now I can see a web page

make sure you can see it from outside your network on port 80. A "lot" of ISPs are blocking port 80 these days. USe a free proxy server via ggogle search and see if you can still see your site.
