Apache2 (re)start problem

This is the error I am confronted with

Code:
debianserver:~# apache2ctl restart
Syntax error on line 1888 of /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/phpmyadmin/ChangeLog:
/etc/apache2/sites-enabled/phpmyadmin/ChangeLog:5551: <......Here was an phpadmin URL.> was not closed.\n/etc/apache2/sites-enabled/phpmyadmin/ChangeLog:1888: <td>.> was not closed.
debianserver:~#
This is the System I run

Code:
[ Kernel: 2.4.27-2-386 Distro: Debian 3.1 ] [ CPU: Pentium II (Deschutes) - 399.008 Mem: 0143/0377 MB Disk Space: 6.0 GB MountedFree: 3.4 GB ] [ XFree86: v 4.3.0.1 - Res. No Active Display Video Card: ATI 3D Rage IIC ] [ Uptime: 1day, 1:49 Load: 0.08 - 0.02 - 0.01 Procs: 84/11666 ]
Is this a bug in Debian? Is this something I changed ?
I have a second Debian machine but with a 2.6.xx kernel with apache2 on wich doesn't have the problem.

Is there a solution?

Thnx for looking

I did a
Code:
apt-get install phpmyadmin-
Removed the sym link from the sites-enabled dir
Reinstalled phpmyadmin again using following line
Code:
apt-get install phpmyadmin
It works again!
