Apache 1.3 / SSL Certificates

Hi. We're running Apache with several Virtual Hosts defined. I need to update one of the certificates, where/how do I do this? I just updated one of the hosts certs by editing the mod-ssl-01-vhost.conf in /etc/apache/conf.d. Do I just edit the same file but define the next hosts' info?
