Android MTP support

Hi there,

I am running Mint Debian edition, trying to connect my CAT phone with Android 10 but unsuccessful. I used to connect my Android phone and tablet with Debian no problem, I can see both internal and memory card on the file manager (Nemo) after answering the permission request prompt, but with the CAT phone nothing asked on the phone, I can only see a blank file manager pops up on the computer nothing more, that means the system detected the device but could not open it, what am I missing here ?

I don't use Debian, and you haven't given much info.

For the phone, have you enabled developer options? (By tapping on it multiple times) Then allowing it to hook to an external device. Maybe that is turned off.

Have you looked at these methods from CAT?
