Angry Setting Proxy in Browser ?

I need to set a manual proxy in order to access internet...

I tried to change the setting ...?? but it dint work

Can ne1 explain ..What should I do!

I dont have Direct Connection.My Frind has it on LAN.. I am using his ipaddress ( in order to access net!

Edit->Preferences->Advanced->Network , see somewhere over there ... google for this .. it is a pretty common problem.
