Palm syncing

Hello,

I'm a new user of DSL (about a day now). I'm looking for the best way to sync a palm. I've seen a couple of apps on Linspire/CNR website, but am not sure about 'compatibility' across Linux distros.

Any direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
