Question How do you put DSL on a USB stick?


I know that there are other topics on this, but will someone please just tell me here(no links) how to do this.
I am running Windows Vista on:
Dell Inspiron 1501
2ghz AMD Turion processor
1gb RAM
ATI Radion Express
256 mb USB drive
