The files will be on my existing debian partition
and also there is Slackware 13 on another one.
But lilo is showing error: can't find /DSL/vmlinuz

OK
so, you put DSL ( DSL folder + kernel/initrd) in your Debian partition
and you got the kernel and initrd in a DSL folder?

and it wont boot?

Mmmm...it's much easier if you were using Grub

OH!
DSL doesn't use a kernel named vmlinuz
it should be /DSL/linux24
and initrd should be /DSL/minirt24.gz

and you know DSL saves to a seperate partition?
Frugal persistent
