Command line email client for DSL?

Hi there,

Does anybody have a command line email client installed on their DSL computer? I couldn't find a MyDSL extension, and when I tried to install Pine and/or Alpine via apt-get I got an error message that they weren't in the dpkg repository either.

I don't HAVE to use Pine or Alpine. Pine is just what I'm used to using.

Is there one built-in to DSL and I just haven't found it?

Thanks in advance!

well mutt is often the console default, and with a little tweaking can be quite lovely to use. cone is also reasonable, but not all that configurable.

Thanks. I tried apt-get install mutt, and it worked! Now I'll play around with it to see if I like it.

If anybody else knows a way to get Pine on DSL (without resorting to compiling it, since I've never been able to compile a program successfully).
