A lot of distribution options

Okay I started out on Linux.com then I clicked on Damn Small Linux mirrors. Once I was at the mirror list I clicked on one of the ftp sites and it takes me to the site index. What I don't understand is which folder or file I am supposed to download. Help is greatly appreciated:)
