I'd like to remind all members about two features. First, if you find the content of a post helpful, remember to click Yes next to "Did you find this post helpful?". After receiving a minimum number of Yes votes, the most helpful post in a thread will be highlighted. Second, you are able to mark a thread as [Solved] by clicking "Mark this thread as solved" under "Thread Tools". The thread will remain open, but this will let other members who are having a similar issue know your thread contains a solution.

Also, a reminder that LQ has a new sister site. Visit for all Android-related questions. Note that AQ represents the next generation platform that will soon run LQ. We recently rolled out another code update to AQ and are actively soliciting feedback. Don't forget there's also a native android LQ app. Visit to download the app from Google Play.

Prefer a Q&A style site to that of a forum? is StackOverflow for Linux and Open Source. Visit now.
