nop none of the cdroms does NOT work... =)

That's a triple negative! Sorry I can't speak Swedish, is it:
a. cdroms now work
or
b. cdroms don't work
lol!
If "b." then try editing fstab so that /dev/hdc is /dev/sr0 and see what happens.

i do not know if sr_mod kernel module is loaded =\
i changed it to /sr0 and YES GOD I LOVE U!!!! =) it worked with my data cd and i could listen to music (finally!!) but still now i got 4 CDroms!! =)
repeat: the 4:th cdrom works with sr0!!!! =) now how do i remove the others??? =\

try:
root@box# ln -sf /dev/sr0 /dev/cdrom
that might also remove one of your icons

wait hold on a sec now it wont work!! i tried data-cd and it worked, then switched to movie-cd and didnt work, now i went back to data-cd and it doesnt work...what the..?????? =\ did i just found a bug? this cant be right...

aright this is freeking me out, heres what i do:
1:st try with data-cd DID WORK
2:nd try with movie-cd did NOT WORK
3:rd try with data-cd did NOT WORK
4:th try with another movie-cd DID WORK
what the hell.. ????

its not a bug it's just the sr_mod fannying about. I don't like it personally. There is a pattern to all of this, maybe you just have to wait 15s for it to dismount (depending on the way it is configured) maybe something else. Some other distros use it too, you can disable it but you'll have to change a few things to do it. Your best bet is to get used to it or try another distribution :~]
edit: the new (2.6.*) kernel doesn't need scsi emulation so your problems are officially fixed!

aright no i like this distro its so small fun and sweet =) but i did manage to watch my movie so misson succesfull =) thanks alot tuttle!!! i really appreciated your time i learned alot threw all this and i cant tell you how glad i am!! =))))
anyway i hope i didnt set an bad example about how to watch a movie on linux with 3 threads full of texture and commands =) anyways thx man!! your tha best!!!! =]
