College Linux 2.5

Where can I find a download for College Linux 2.5? The thing is, I can only download from http sites, not from ftp. I have diligently searched the internet for the ISO but I've had no luck. Could you please provide a link to a site which I can download it from (the faster the link the better, because I managed to find 2 links both of which were downloading at 5kb/s - yeah right!). Thanks in advance,

For some reason LinuxISO.org has never worked for me, maybe something to do with this network...

This site's one also goes at 4kb/s, and the mirrors go the same
But thank you very much for your effort .

did you try all the mirrors in that link? i've had problems with the primary server at linuxiso.org as well, but that link is to the list of mirrors. if nothing else works, you have several options:

1) buy collegelinux
2) download it from a friend's computer that can connect faster
3) wait for it to download. i know you're thinking "that'll take days" but if you leave your computer on all the time anyways it may be worth it. also, it may be because you're trying to download it during peak hours when a lot of people are connecting to the servers. you can start a download overnight and it may speed up around 2 or 3 in the morning.
4) try a different, but similar, distro. collegelinux is based on slackware so maybe you can try slack (but i know it's definitely not the same).

Cool. Thanks for your help. Something I don't understand is that on Windows XP (which I am using now because it is the only OS supported by the network here) I can't access ftp sites, and I'm only running the SP2 firewall, so I can't download CollegeLinux from any of those ftps. But thanks for your help though.

edit - by the way, the network I'm on has the same problem. FTP connections are slow as molasses for some reason, but HTTP connections work fine.
