hi all,

i have installed XEAMS as a firewall on a server and on another server i have postfix on, i would like to set up a SMTP relay between the two

does anyone know how i configure the two servers up so the two can relay messages to eachother

im getting no where, maybe you guys can help me out

i can send to my gmail account but i cant receive email on my thunderbird

resolved it,

basically i disabled the SMTP Proxy server so im just running the SMTP server on my XEAMS and re adjusted my firewall to NAT to 10.10.1.6 port 25 (which binds to the SMTP server on XEAMS) and now i can send and recieve emails

also i changed in file /etc/postfix/main.cf, line -

relayhost = [10.10.1.6]
