What does this error means

[root@COMPUTE-NODE1 ~]# systemctl status openstack-nova-compute.service -l

Frankbell Thanks for your suggested link. Actually I was confused while looking at Active: activating (start). I was assuming that Active: activating (start) means service is active. Would you please highlight that what does that Active: activating (start) means ?
