User access to specific commands

Hi,

I'm trying to give permission to a group in order to be able to use some specific commands. Now the users do not have access to tar, sudo, rsync and some other commands that I would like them to have which has as a result to receive the error:

Code:
bash: tar: command not found
In the bin directory of each user it has some commands and it seems that they are the only one that the user can use.

How is it possible to give access to a group in such a way that they will be able to use commands such as tar I mentioned before? Is this also possible through plesk? Thanks

How exactly did you do this in the first place?

Actually it was set up like that from the company that hosts my server, which is a dedicated server on CentOS. Every time I add a new website from plesk I correspond it to a specific username. This username has ssh access and by default it has only a restricted access to specific bash commands. I'm not so sure how it has been set up...and Plesk doesn't give me anything further to change
